Venous Return offers a diverse variety of services as well as membership and package options. Services can be purchased a la carte, in packages or memberships. All services are trauma informed and inclusive for all.
All services listed are available through Lorna’s private practice in Logan Square. Prices may vary for services at Moon Rabbit Acupuncture, our other location.

bespoke Bodywork 60/90/120 Minute
Our in person massage are all inclusive, meaning you will not be locked into any specific focus at the time of your booking. It will be helpful to know what your goals for treatment are so that each sessions can be catered to your unique needs.
Manual Tissue Manipulation Focus
modalities may include but are not limited to; soft tissue/postural assessment, structural integration, swedish bodywork, sports/rehabilitative techniques, cupping, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy
Manual Lymphatic Drainage Focus
modalities may include but are not limited to techniques that target the lymphatic system
Somatic Focus
modalities may include but are not limited to; Somatic experienceing, enbodiment techniques, Vagus nerve activation, mindfulness based cognitive therapy, in addition to manual tissue manipulation if necessary.
Energy Healing; In Person, 45min
A fully clothed healing session based around the principles of reiki, craniosacral therapy, breathwork and shiatsu
Distant Healing; Virtual, 45min
Distant healing is based on the principles of distant reiki, meaning that we are all connected by universal energy regardless of the physical space between us.
Energy Focus;
Distant energy healing will use distant reiki, breathwork and mindful practices to bring you peace.
Somatic Focus; Embodiment techniques that can help heal stress, deep rooted trauma and how it is manifested in the body. Treatments are trauma informed, meaning guided by practitioner-client communication and will be unique to each person's specific needs. techniques may include somatic experiencing, reiki, breath-work, vagus nerve activation and mindful based practices.

PAYMENT & Policies
Payment at Logan Square HQ:
For your convenience, payment can be made by cash, credit, Apple Pay, Venmo, and Zelle. If you don’t have the Venmo app, you can download it here.
Gratuity will not be accepted at Logan Square HQ.
Policies and Cancellations at Logan Square HQ:
Logan Square requires keeping a valid credit card on file in order to schedule your appointment. You will NOT be charged at the time of scheduling, credit cards will be run with your permission at the time of your service. In the event of violation of the cancellation policy, your credit card on file will be charged for the service fee.
Please make appointment cancellations and modifications with 24 hours notice, while keeping in mind rescheduling will be subject to limited availability.
Any appointment rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice may be attempted to reschedule within a 1 week timeframe to avoid cancellation fee.
Any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice and no call/no show appointments are subject to 100% cost or loss of a package/membership session.
